All Newly-Arrived Immigrants Should Have Quality Healthcare
Terra Firma provides comprehensive immigrant focused primary care, including physical exams, vaccinations, laboratory tests, screenings, medications and referrals to sub-specialty care regardless of ability to pay. Terra Firma also provides evaluations to be used as evidence in immigration proceedings through written affidavits and oral testimony.

Evaluations
We enroll all eligible patients in health insurance at their first visit. In New York state, all children 18 and under qualify for Child Health Plus under the state CHIP program. If the patient is older than 18 we use PRUCOL documentation to apply for Medicaid.
When needed, we refer to specialty, sub-specialty and dental care.
We conduct physical assessments to corroborate reports of physical abuse, or medical findings relevant to a patient's immigration case (e.g. deafness, blindness, cognitive impairment). Findings are consolidated into an evaluation.
