Brett Stark, Esq. is the co-founder and Executive Officer of Terra Firma National. He is also the co-founder of Terra Firma's Flagship program in the South Bronx. In his prior role, Brett was Terra Firma's Legal Director at Catholic Charities New York, where he represented unaccompanied immigrant children in asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. A former Equal Justice Works fellow, Brett has worked in refugee resettlement in Kenya, researched human rights in Israel, and was a 2008 Fulbright Scholar in Taiwan. Brett is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a student in the Immigration and Refugee Advocacy Clinic, and the University of Rochester, where he majored in Political Science, Cultural Identities, and minored in English Literature. Brett is admitted to the New York Bar, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
